We initially believed the issue was network-related, but we've now confirmed it is due to a power problem at the data center.
A voltage irregularity triggered a protective shutdown in one of the power circuits.
Update 23:13PM EDT
All servers in the Texas DC are now back online. Most of them never lost power but were impacted by networking equipment that was offline due to the power outage.
