We are aware of some network issues at the Texas datacenter. It seems to be related to the overnight network maintenance. We are working with our datacenter partner to resolve this issue.
UPDATE 2026-08-08 7:00PM EDT: Everything is back to normal, upgrade has finished, there appears to have been some traffic issues with route-maps that prevented the re-convergence of the shift routes. We have made some changes to the route-maps and confirmed everything is now working with them. Maintenance is now complete.
